1. Scope of Service

Admissions Protocol provides independent profile auditing, credential evaluation, and institutional placement verification. We act as an advisory and processing architecture; final admission decisions remain at the sole discretion of the respective partner institutions. Our secure application verification system operates in two stages to ensure compliance and data integrity.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the protocol submission. By submitting the "Official Application Protocol" (Stage 2), you legally confirm that all provided information, including academic history, visa history, and personal details, is authentic.

• Providing false, altered, misleading, or incomplete information (including concealing previous visa refusals) will result in the immediate termination of your application.
• You agree to the processing of your data by our internal Global Verification Center for compliance and academic assessment.

3. Age Requirements and Legal Capacity

You must be at least 18 years old to independently accept these Terms of Service.

• If the applicant is under 18 years of age, this application must be completed or explicitly authorized by a parent or legal guardian.
• The parent or legal guardian assumes full legal and financial responsibility for the accuracy of the data submitted and the acceptance of these Terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

We do not issue visas or make final enrollment decisions. Therefore, Admissions Protocol is not legally or financially liable for any institutional rejections, visa denials, or changes in immigration policies.
