Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 10, 2026

Welcome to Admissions Protocol. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you utilize our verification and matching infrastructure.

1. Information We Collect

Our application process is strictly divided into two stages to ensure data security and accuracy.

  • Stage 1 (Initial Access Request): We collect basic contact details, including your Role (Student/Parent), First and Last Name, Email Address, and WhatsApp Number.
  • Stage 2 (Official Application Protocol): Upon email verification, we collect detailed information, including Nationality, Country of Residence, Academic Background (current school, grades, English proficiency), Study Preferences (estimated budget, desired destinations), and Compliance Data (passport validity and previous student visa application history).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data exclusively to process your admission request and assess compliance:

  • To verify your identity and prevent spam using a secure Email OTP (One-Time Password) system.
  • To communicate with you regarding your application via Email or WhatsApp.
  • To evaluate your academic profile and visa eligibility (Compliance Review).
  • The term "Global Verification Center" refers to our internal processing and assessment unit. It is not a third-party organization.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your data is processed internally using our secure infrastructure. We do not use third-party form builders for data collection, meaning your information goes directly into our secure, proprietary system.

4. Data Retention

If you complete Stage 1 but do not proceed to Stage 2 within 30 days, your initial contact details will be automatically purged from our system to maintain data hygiene. Fully submitted applications are retained for the duration of the admissions process and as required by compliance laws.

5. Children’s Privacy

If you are under 18 years of age, you must have the consent of your parent or legal guardian to submit your data. If a parent or guardian is completing the form on behalf of a minor, they explicitly consent to the collection and processing of the minor's academic and personal data for educational placement purposes.

6. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact us at info@admissions-protocol.co.uk.
